Cycling in Singapore

Beautiful day, beautiful Singapore, 
2 weeks ago, Harris and I decided to go for an outdoor date. 
I've been forcing him to have 'healthier' dates so we try different activities.
So far there's been numeral kite flying attempts(not my fav), night walks, walks and cycling! 

Was a little nervous at first because the first time I actually learnt (in my memory) to cycle was in Bali last year and most of the time we were going downhill without many people. Cycling in Singapore on a weekend is not a joking matter as we all know, Singapore is FILLED with people.

Was glad that my body remembers how to cycle. Looks like it's true that they say 'once you learn now to cycle, you won't forget it!' The weather was.. Predictably, HOT AND HUMID but at least it wasn't raining. 

Decided to cycle at east coast park. Cliche, I know but hey! We don't have many choices in Singapore! And instead of using the route and cycle around east coast, for my sake, we decided to cycle to the barrage. The route used has significantly lesser people. 










And also with a much more beautiful view. The sea view of east coast isn't impressive anyway.
Total cycle time-2 hours. 
Which was useless cause we ended up having a heavy, unhealthy dinner.

Well, at least we tried! (:
