Back on track Hello all. I've been studying for my first round of end term examinations and well... My life was basically in a cycle for about 3 weeks. Sleep from morning till noon, late lunch, have some me time(mainly playing with my dogs or tv), bathe and from midnight till probably 4, I'm studying So with that being the most parts of the past 3 weeks, now that it's over, I'm not sure how do I function anymore. (This is me studying with my hair burned up on a Saturday afternoon. ) Before that I was somehow gymming rather regularly, almost 3-4 times a week and now.. Holy shit I can't bring myself to the gym AT ALL. It's horrible. I've gained a good 2.5kg for the past 3 weeks from the lack of physical activities and obviously snacking. I thought that was bad but no, I had another classmate that put on 5! It's really true that once you hit adulthood, your metabolism dives down. Sigh. To make matters worse, now that finally I get to snatch my social life back from the 'evil claws' of education, everybody is asking me out. When that happens, wouldn't it be eating? I think that it's highly possible that right now my calorie intake per day would be up to 5k. So with that, I shall talk about my dinner today. I met Alpin for dinner after my tuition And there Katong's famous chicken rice (so good), bkt soup and some soup with ingredients from the yongtaufoo stall. Andddddd blackball! I really do have a strong conflict with myself and food. It's like.... I hate myself and I wanna eat. *food appears* OMG stuffed myself with food and cycle starts again. Don't we all? |
