happy birthday to me (: haha title says it all. well, the day before marks the last day of my 18th. & now im officially going through the last year of my teenage year. i know 19 isnt old but it's absolutely depressing to know that i'm growing older. i wna stay 18 foreverrrrrr. so... how was my birthday? most of you should know i'm not exactly the kind of person who likes to start my new age with a big bang. unlike my parents who loveeeee to throw HUGE parties for me every year. so once i reached the age of.... 12 or 13? i said no to my parents. i like to keep it simple, close friends and families. in fact, i wouldnt organise a get together. it's just another day. i dont want to make it such a big deal and ask everybody to make the day free for me! of course i enjoy surprises and presents, who doesn't! but then again, do we really need to wait until a special day then to surprise somebody? of course it is a reason to. anyway, tradition is that on special dates, it's always family day. i'm actually very family oriented. i always have this family-priority thing since i was young. so a family dinner on my birthday itself. oh a bonus was that it was a weekday but sp gave a day off to year 2s on that day itself! so i get to sleep in!!! thank you all for the wishes and stuff (: ------------------------------------------------- another thing. i didn't get to really relax even though its the long weekend because projects are piled up for us to complete!! it's a rush to finish everything! glad i've already completed half of it. so anyway, i woke up early today (like 830 on a sunday!) to have mac breakfast with mercus during his break and off to bucks to get my project done (and slamming the keys for my blog) but so far the day has been bad!! im happy i left home on time and wasn't late but when i was at the bus stop, i realised i forgot to bring my cardigan! it's a cold morning today. so yes, i'm actually freezing in starbucks while its raining outside. everything went well and breakfast was perfect. mercus went back to work and i stayed at mac to sip my hot tea. the wind blew and my hotcakes plate threatened to fly right in my face. so in attempt to stop that, i started shifting the things on the table, deciding what was heavy enough to stop plate from flying. guess what happened? SOMEHOW, hot tea decided to spill on me!!! i was alone, my tea was 3/4 full and half of it was on me! DID YOU KNOW HOW EMBARRASSING THAT WAS? VERY i quickly picked the serviettes from my table and stuffed it between my legs to soak all the tea up! it didnt help much though. my reaction is extremely slow. i did not even stand to avoid the tea. ): my top was stained with tea and my pants were wet )): i was out of mac area in 2 mins i swear. i quickly went to parkway's toilet and started washing off as much stain as i could. of course, i gave up after a while. sigh. so i waddled to starbucks with my wet ass and to my horror, the ONE AND ONLY seat with plug was taken up by a guy who wasn't even using it!! NOOOOO ah but after a while i think he realised i was hawking him (his seat) from another table right in front of him. so he cleared his table and left :D  so anyway, hello from starbucks while i go bury myself with words from microsoft. (: *waves*
