Feet patches Morning all! I wanted to blogged a few days. Back but my app kept having problems so I couldn't post pictures up. Sorry!

And yes, I will be blogging about feet patches today. I have this problem is that my body can't really release the intake of my water. It's really weird because I pee alot and don't drink much water. So I have water retention that is quite bad and artritis(?). I'm not sure if it's called that but everytime the weather gets cold or rainy, my knees with hurt and ankles will get weak. Yes, I know it's an old people thing. Don't ask me why I have it. My aunt who is like a half sinseh said it could be due to excess water or what in my body. And mine was bad. So my mum went to buy feet patches that were supposed to 'suck'/absorb the excess water from my body. I think. Two packets of some herb or what and two pieces of adhesive were given. I was supposed to stick them to my feet when I'm sleeping and the next day, it would turn black cause the water is absorbed! Amazing? I was skeptical about it. But no harm trying! So I stuck on to my feet Put my socks on(yes I wear them to sleep). Amazingly enough in 10 mins or so, my feet began to itch. But now when I think about it, it's probably due to the adhesive. When I woke up at 615 for school, the first thing I did was to remove the feet patches. WHOA. It's very disgusting, I know. It was a little greenish, dark green, towards black. It looked wet but it feels dry. So does it mean it did absorb the water from my body? I don't know. Did I see any body or health improvements? No. The patches are so small as compared to my body. I don't think the amount absorbed will acty change the amount of water in my body much. Unless of course if I continue using it for a long time. So I shall end here and good day to all of you! ^^ PS honestly idk if it turned black because of the water. It could be due to my body heat too right! ![]() |
