This feeling

It's really weird because right now, as I'm eating my lunch, I'm acty thinking of so many other things. It's amazing how one's mind can think of so many things at once.

Or is it tht the thoughts are flickering so rapidly that you don't realize it and think that you're thinking about everything at one go?

I was munching happily on my yong tau hu when I suddenly lost my appetite. I placed my chopsticks down and rested my legs on my 'bigboned' jack Russell under my table.

The last thought that came into my mind was 'how did we become like this?'

Really. If you get what I mean, it leaves you to ponder as well.

Like me, for example, I used to care. About my results, about how others think of me. Everything! Now I don't.

It's really so shocking how much someone can change so drastically within a short time frame, be it a few months or years.

Look back at your bestest friends when you were in primary school. Are they still how they were? Did u think they would become like this?

Most importantly, do you still know them?

Well what made us this way? So.... 'adaptable' to our surroundings and all. You know they say, birds of th same feathers flock together and we all know that's true.
