why i've been missing I AM SO SORRY FOR THE (obviously) LACK OF UPDATES and i think you all can forgive me! simply because school has reopened AND my timetable is INSANE. i have 4 days of 8am lessons and most of my days are till 5. also, SP just had CCA drive and i've been down for all three days. super tiring but extremely fun! okay no pictures, i am so sorry but i have something to share with all of you! Recently, i came across this song in my ipod which got me thinking and asking a few of my friends. Hurricane by 30 Seconds to Mars and in this song there's a line. tell me would you kill to save your life? tell me would you kill to prove you’re right? me across this song in my ipod which got me thinking and asking a few of my friends. so would you? once in a class, a teacher asked us 2 questions. i can only remember one though and it's like this 'If there's a train with a few hundred people in it. then it was reaching a double track. The track it was on has a huge hole and if it continue to be on that track, the driver and probably other passengers would die. However on the other track, there was a baby laying there. If you had a choice, would you switch the track and save many other lives at the expense of the baby?' okay. the practical answer would be 'yes. it would be saving so many more lives' but then again, you would be killing the baby as the live of it is actually in your hands. If you didn't do anything to the track, the baby would be alive. if you left the track alone, it would not be your fault that the people die. how? kill the baby or let others die but it isn't your fault. AH YA, practical answer is 1 death is better than multiple deaths BUT ITS NOT EASY TO DO IT. or what if one day you have to kill a stranger to save a loved one? i swear i wouldn't know what to do. it's so hard to watch someone die already and yet you have to do it yourself? but watching a loved one die is painful too. esp if you know you could have done something else and save him/her. and you would probably live in pain/guilt for the entire of your life. you would miss him/her and you would think about how life would be better or not if you did otherwise. just a thought. have you all actually thought about something like that? what would you do if you were placed in such a position? it's very hard isn't it?

Sex slaves or not? Okay quick update on my blog about an article i came across in straitstimes. with a strong title: Malaysian MP says men have affairs because wives 'neglect' duty. And Obviously, duty (note, not dutieS) in this case is apparently easing the urge of their husbands. If i'm not wrong, such a statement was made due to the recent 'sex video scandal' which featured Anwar. So anyway, back to the article, there were several sentences that lit a little fire in me. So i shall share a few lines i quote from the article. NOTE: the article QUOTES these so means, this MP SAID it. 1) 'Husbands driving home after work see things that are sexually arousing and go to their wives to ease their urges,' 2) 'In Islam, wives are supposed to stop everything to fulfill their husband's demands.' 3) 'Wives failing in their duties pushed men to go to 'private places to satisfy their urges" HOLDDDDD? look at the words i bold. sorry, why do we(females) get married to men? idk? several different reasons i suppose. maybe like... - because we're in love - to start a family - to have a lifetime companion - whatever the reason but MAYBE , 'to be a sex slave' might not get on the list. (unless its a forced marriage) oh i meant DEFINITELY. 1) 'see things that are sexually arousing and go to their wives to ease their urges' seriously, if you think about what he said .... HELLO, ITS MALAYSIA! NOT ROME OR WHATEVER. what can be seen in the streets that are sexually arousing? (let's not even bother saying Malaysia. Singaporeans get onto STOMP just by kissing in the train (rolls eyes) ) after all, 96 WERE ARRESTED IN KL ALONE FOR 'CLOSE PROXIMITY' ON VDAY OKAY! unless what he meant by sexually arousing is accidentally looking at an ass crack of an ahsoh that is on her way home OR bras that are in shops or something. it's RIDICULOUS. & okay fine, you get horny so you decide to have sex with your wife. done. but 'go to their wives to ease their urges' ? when did the word 'wife' become 'stay-in prostitutes' ? 2) In Islam, wives are supposed to stop everything to fulfill their husband's demands.' i'm not really sure about how marriages work in islam but really? wives have to stop whatever their doing just because HE WANTS IT? what if she's feeding the kid? or washing the laundry? REALLY? OR is he so persistent that the GUY having an affair is NOT his fault but because the wife did not adhere to the rule of islam so it's okay to cheat? WHAT? 3) 'Wives failing in their duties pushed men to go to 'private places to satisfy their urges" i can SLAP HIM. Who said a duty of the Wife is to just have sex with her husband when he wants it? okay fine. maybe a century ago. TODAY, WIVES work too! i guess we have A LITTLE more duty than to satisfy you? okay apparently, just one breadwinner in the family might not provide enough financial stability to the family. so wife works. THEN one night HE has an urge cause he saw two cats 'wakawaka-ing' while he was going home. but OH NO, wife is working night shift today and can't fulfil her duty! you go have an affair ok! WTF? and PRIVATE PLACES TO SATISFY URGES. (not one time okay) so if you dont earn enough money she can go get other men? HELLO YOU DING DONG OR WHAT? yes or no, it is NOT a reason for you to have an affair just because she doesn't satisfy you when YOU want it, you selfish _________ (whatever word you want to input)!!! whatever he has said is extremely disrespectful and i'm not sure if he's married but i can say 'POOR WIFE!' because she has to have sex with him whenever he wants and if she doesn't, she gets cheated on (probably so). okay moving on to smth that has been made into a mountain recently, maid carrying nsmen bags! here's a video!

a random all-in-one post OKAY i havent updated this space for more than 2 weeks. *guilty* but i've been busy (and lazy) so basically the past 2 weeks have been hectic with all the... work and meeting ups that i got so so tired i swear i was THIS close (half a pinky) to falling sick. in fact i hardly meet billy anymore other than random dinner. but that's also because he has work. blahblah so while im here typing away, billy is on the phone, fast asleep, im waiting for pictures to upload on blog and facebook. super slow. i got home about 2 hours ago and i had an hour long chat with one of my neighbours (yes my condo has friendly neighbours), bathed, pooped (HAHA), keyboard for a little while, epilated, masked and removed my nail polish *prouds* so anyway i was out with B, E, and V and when we were cabbing back the cab driver (coincidentally a cchms student of year 58) decided to quiz me afew questions which he insisted on me answering in 5 seconds. 1) 1 + 1 x 0 =? i said ZERO, without thinking. then the uncle started laughing. then OHHHHH ITS 1!!!!!! eh when written down, its so simple but when said out, it's different okay! 2) If 8 people were racing on the same track (100m straight race track) and you overtook the 2nd fastest runner, which position are you at now. 3) okay if you overtake the last position, what position are you at now? take FIVE seconds, it will be different. ah actually you all will just say ' ah ya, so easy! who can't answer' BUT ITS NOT! its cause reading AND listening to it is two different stories! no fair! plus right, have stress one leh. FIVE SECONDS YOU KNOW!!! k anyway, we went to watch a movie called mary and max or smth like that. and o.m.g  boring. okay the last 2 mins or so was kinda touching but we sat throught the movie basically eating popcorn and whispering to each other. SERIOUSLY, IT WAS SUPER BORING. the whole storyline was this: a sad girl with a birthmark that is in the colour of poo (look at her forehead in the picture abv) is named Mary. She stays in Aussie and leads a sad life without friends in school or whatever. Her favourite cartoon is the Noblets. Her dad works at some tea factory and mum is a drunk who shoplifts. so one day Mary was with her mother 'shopping' and she got bored. so she decided write to someone in america using the phone book she got there. and Max was who she wrote to. someone who has aspergers and basically was like her, friendless. the whole movie was them writing to each other and people dying. they were each other's only (and best) friend. the ending was alittle touching but that was it. the animation was good though. so well, don't watch it unless you love such depressing animated shows or just have too much time and money to waste. okay so now i shall blog with whatever pictures i have to upload! So i had to retake my statistics cause i fail it. i was quite... well idk cause i know i deserved failing it but i didn't really like the idea of retaking one whole module. woke up earlier than usual and went to school. was late for an hour and i realised, I DIDNT HAVE TO DROP ANY MODULE! which meant that I STILL GRADUATE THE SAME TIME AS MY MATES! how lucky is that!! wahaha. so in school i was with ida and we basically chatted for 2-3 hours. saw annab in school too! then when we were chatting i heard an unfamiliar voice calling me 'felicia!' so i turned. and there was this guy sitting there, staring at me. i stared back. in my head, i was thinking 'who.is.this.? look so so familiar but WHO? OHHHH EDWARDD!!!!' OMG MY FREAKING CHILDHOOD FRIEND WHOM I LOST CONTACT WITH(Somehow, other than our annually meetups in some dinner) IS IN SP NOW! OMG! sooo, eager to catch up with him, i made ida crash his maths class with me! we have another of our childhood friend (we were like a little clique who grew up tgt) in sp too! so cute! so we grew up together then lost contact and now, we're all in the same school! cool not!    sooo this is edward! went for class chalet later and JR WAS THERE!! <3 k no pictures though. argh stupid camera shy people. erm and sometime last week, went out with the guys and im always late because they always tell me the meeting like freaking last minute. i have no idea why either. im a girl. im vain. i take HOURS to prepare before i leave. they dont get that. lol so peektures!  Kenken and Irene. kenken and i also (in a way) grew up together. i knew him since p1 and we weren't close then. then after that we lost contact. only in recent years that we started talking. (idk why either!)  hahaha no further elaboration on what they're doing.  the gay bros ken and alpin. i said 'hahah see alpin looks so happy when kenneth is kissing him! omggg!!' k: ' huh really? take again leh'  LOL    gatti and i we(the 6 of us) were chatting through the few hours and the conversations were non-stop! love em so so so much. too bad chan couldn't make it though.  KEN WAS GRINDING GATTI (or smth like that) IN THIS PICTURE and gatti had to pose nicely while kenken was grinding him HAHAHAHA so we left and kenneth was piggyback-ing me all the way and alpin got jealous. so they kenneth carried him. then alpin carried kenneth. the 2 heavyweights:  hahahah I HAVE NO IDEA how alpin looks so so happy in all situations. (more below)  SEE still so happy!  i can't help but notice we look a little similar right?  gatti. mai bff! (almost as hiao as me)  'come we take tgt!' *snaps* *half of kenneth's face* okay so anyway i cant cross roads and most of my friends know that. then we were about to cross this road then kenneth pulled me and we made a run for it, leaving the rest behind. i took my camera out and alpin got sexcited.  he (checkerd shirt) starts running towards me while he sees the camera  SEE WHAT I MEAN BY HE ALWAYS LOOKS SO HAPPY? then we were going back and here's an inside joke that the rest of you would probably not get. UNTOLD STORY :    PS: is it normal that you take your camera out and SUDDENLY everyone becomes camera shy? even though before going you, you ASKED if you should bring it out or not. soooooooo annoying because it ALWAYS happens! argh!! people should allow others(me in particular) to capture moments!! experiences okay so i've been raised in a chinese family. been to only chinese schools all my live until i went SP. Even my kindergarten was a chinese school! and my condo only had one malay family and 1 or 2 indian families. that's all. so in other words, my whole life, i don't have many friends outside the chinese race. so last monday, i was invited to my friend's sibling's wedding at jurong, a malay wedding! i've never been to one so of course i was excited and curious. i've only walked past several malay weddings when i walk my dog or go for lunch and stuff. To be honest, i have NO IDEA what to expect OR what to give that i actually went to the extent of calling my malay senior to ask him these questions. the first question mark i had was the timing. on the invitation it stated '11am - 5pm' HUH?! because for chinese weddings, it's always dinner. so we just reach at around 7pm and stay until the dinner ends. if its the same, means we have to stay at the wedding for 6 hours! okay so i found out its free timing. ( don't laugh. im new to this) so anyway, we (FAV) met and went for the wedding together. and IT WAS SUCH A HOT DAY. we reached at about 4ish and the sun was literally still blazing. everyone was perspiring oh, thank god there were tissue boxes on all tables. we quickly found idah and we went to help ourselves with the food. after piling our plates, we were lost. WE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE TO SIT!! it was free seating and most(if not all) tables were taken up! so we just asked this chinese couple there if we could sit with them. the whole dinner/lunch was extremely noisy with the emcee speaking and the speakers were SO LOUD. i swear we had to semi shout in each other ears to communicate.  us with the food, after some left so it was relatively emptier.  valerie with this SUPER ADORABLE kid. she was camel-like eyelashes! so so so pretty! & also wearing a qipao! oh so anyway, when the guests began to leave after the bride and groom made their last appearance, the emcee(he says that he's called charlie) decided to make fun of us. he called us charlie's angels, came talk to us and basically we ended up entertaining the rest of the guests at the wedding. and V actually screamed in the mike 'WE ARE 18 AND SINGLE' which got her a rose by one of the waiters at the end of the wedding! HAHAHHA  hahah it's actually part of the table decor. So when they cleared the vases, she got one of it. BUT LOOK AT HER. she looks SO SO SO HAPPY!  RIGHT? Got prop must camwhore!! oh anyway, there's something really different about malay weddings is that they can actually have fun and sing karaoke!!  here's a picture of idah singing like a Superstar! and we had half a song sang by charlie and another song sang by idah's dad dedicated to us!! <3 the decor of the void deck was BEAUTIFUL. the colours and all  the area for the bride and groom to sit and take pictures with their friends and family  i have no idea what this is for cause when we went there, it was empty. but nice right!  the wedding cake. and there was this 'tree' thing just at the start of the aisle which was very pretty. there were like crystals in the shape of water droplets hanging down from the top and the whole atmosphere was very... 'mysterious'? i would say.  our message written to the newly wed (:  souvenirs to be brought back. wellll as the emcee was speaking in malay and we finished our food, we got bored and the pillar beside us was PRETTY SO SO SO we camwhored in front of everyone with the pillar! HAHAHHA    hehe super thick skin. okay so the weather was torturing us and we decided to leave and went to town. i was super tired by then. i had only 3 hours of sleep as i had to go sao mu and wake at 8. so anyway, we (a few of my family) went to pray to our grandfather together with our parents.  a few who were present folding the paper money. I LOVEEE my relatives i swear. we always have so much fun and there is no topic we wont talk about ever!  and here's spongebob look-alike. okay moving on, after the wedding, we went to town.  we were all tired, sticky so we didn't have the mood to shop. walked around and had EWF for dinner. saw the cutest gay couple that were SO SHY. they nibbled on their food and hardly spoke to each other. went up to sky garden after that.    YES TO SHOW YOU ALL OUR HEIGHT DIFFERENCE!!! yes, i look extremely tired already. ohoh, so we were camwhoring and i was so tired so i sat on this rock. i invited them to share the rock with me. V was nice and sat with me but A just rejected me which led to V also walking over to the dark side and stood up. leaving me to sit there alone. so i decided to look sad and stare at the empty space beside me while they snap a picture of it ..... . . .. ....  AND THIS ACTY CAUSED THEM TO START SCREAMING AND ACCUSE ME OF BEING SCARY AND SAY I LOOK GHOSTLY!!!!! they ran all the way to the side and didnt want to come back ): and when they finally did, they gave me this  scared faces. WHAT THE HELL RIGHT? they asked me to do again but to look at another direction  okay not as scary. but the one before was indeed quite ..... hmmm RIGHT? OMFG OMFG . . . . . . . . .. . A Chunky Post! hi all. i went for facial yesterday. okay for those who read/follow me on twtter, you should know that i describe 'going for facial' as 'going for war'. because during the process, it hurtssssss and after it, you'll definitely be going home with wounds. literally 伤痕累累 (means wounds all over (the face in this case) ) okay im not sure if its the right word but you all get what i mean. and acty i have a shoot tmr. but i can't make it (thankfully, or else i'll look like some girl with weird case of red polkadot face). ...so tmr, i'll have to saomu @ bukitbatok then go home and leave for wedding at JURONG! wowwwww. so, i'll have pictures, if i remember to bring my camera! OH so the other day i was fishing with Alpin and we caught some grunter fish that actually grunts (?!) like it kept grunting when we left it there! at first we thought it was a croaker cause honestly, it sounded like it was croaking! HAHA. and caught an eel. when alpin disected it, he found a baby crab in it! okay i (finally) realised and made up my mind that i SHOULD bring my camera out to fish everytime to show you our catch! yes no? YESS! IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO REALISE IT! i always say 'ohoh we caught this, saw this and that, some glowing worm/fish' and i never get to take any pictures because my camera isnt there. but it's not a very good idea either because my hands would stink like the baits (raw prawns or whatever we are using. and my hand sanitiser dont really work. okay we'll see.. and i saw a shooting star!! :D after fishing i was walking home AND I ALMOST DIED! it was maybe 3am? and i was at the road junction waiting for the trafficlight to turn green so i could cross. i looked down and was fiddling with whatever was in my hands at the time and i had green light shining at me so naturally i thought it was the green man. so i cross the road for about 6 steps AND I HEARD ALOT OF HORNS HORNING AT ME. i looked up and WOOOOOOO its RED MAN. and the green light was for the cars to COME AT MY DIRECTION. stunned, i stood there for 2 sec before rushing back! OMG. i swear i almost died! k so anyway, i lived. went out with FAV ystd and was supposed to meet the guys too but... ): i was late for about 2 hours so we just ate and caught up. then when they were leaving, i INSISTED to take pictures. but I TELL YOU, it was a failure!! we took ALOT of pictures together. like we all took turns but THERE WASNT A PERFECT ONE! until val for irritated and didnt want to take anymore! i'll post it all up anyway.  Shot 1. fail.  shot 2. okay but we all look... so RETAKE  shot 3. fail they decided that I shouldnt be the one taking so annab took the camera instead. soo..  Shot 4. looks okay? BUT valerie was beside me!!! SHE TOTALLY LEFT HER OUT!! ULTIMATE FAIL!  Shot 5. back to me. also fail, obviously  shot 6. annab is much much worse than me. fail. there were more but deleted cause it was BLURER and all. OMG. why are we like that?! but okay it's quite funny. so after meeting them i went home and after a few hours, i decided, im bored of my red nails and decided to do colourblocks. :D  it didnt take quite long and okay, it isnt perfect. but i LOVEEEEE them! its so bright and colourful! i hope it lasts for quite some time before it gets chipped off and stuff AND THIS PICTURE DOESNT DO MY NAILS JUSTICE! thennnn some pictures dated longgg ago with gatti   haha i got irritated with his thick and long hair so i decided to make a dog tail out of it. AND HE DIDNT REMOVE IT FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT!! <3   haiyo, like just a few months ago but i look so much younger than now. i think this is without make up or something so i look super pale. ah i was youtubing about diving and i came across this video and now im excited for out next leisure trip! :D DIVERSSSS!!! okay that's all for now!
