raisins should go to hell 1am and i cant settle down to study for MOB. anw, i've been eating ALOT of raisins these days. like in 2-3 days i finished half a tub. (thats hell ALOT of raisins k) then i decided to go google the benefits of raisins. and you know. raisins seem so healthy and all that. maybe help in weight loss also since in the past couple of days i seem to be gaining weight for no obvious reasons. THEN i starting reading happily about the benefits The health benefits of raisins include relief from constipation (wah good good can shit), acidosis, anemia, fever (my body keep showing signs of falling sick so, good good!), and sexual weakness (HAHAHAH , good good) Raisins also help in eye care, dental care, bone health(all of which is beneficial for me cause i have weak joints and flawed eyesight. untill...) and weight gain. (WTF NO WONDER LAH ) WALAO EH. NO WONDER I KEEP HAVING MYSTERIOUS WEIGHT GAIN LAH. FUCK YOU RAISINS. FUCK YOU. YOU LOOK SO HEALTHY AND SO... SKINNY-FOOD AND YET YOU CAUSE ME TO GAIN WEIGHT. you think maybe its also cause i eat alot right! true BUT NOT MORE THAN MY USUAL MEALS (ya im called monster cause my appetite is HUGE sometimes) but i swear i havent been a monster for the past few days!! and i just KEEP eating raisins cause their so addictive. and just before i googled i ate another 1/4 tub of it. WALAO EH okay let's read on okay? Let us watch their brilliance. Constipation: When ingested, raisins swell as the fiber present in them in dried form absorbs water. This helps giving relief in constipation. i've always have problems pooping and so i include bananas, papaya and yakult in my almost-everyday food intake. i'm extremely health conscious. i eat more veg than meat per day and i force feed people with vegetables even if they hate eating greens. ask ws, living example. Acidosis: Acidosis is a state of increased acidity of the blood (also known as toxicity of the blood) or of the gases in our respiratory system, the source of acids for both being our stomach. This is very harmful for the body as it may give rise to a number of problems like boils, skin diseases and damage to the internal organs, arthritis, gout, renal calculi, hair loss, heart diseases, tumors and even cancer. Raisins are good source of potassium and magnesium (two of the most popular constituents of antacids, being basic in nature) both of which are very effective in reducing acidity. They neutralize the acids and thus help check acidosis. AND HAIRLOSS SOMEMORE?!????!?!!!! I GOT SO LITTLE HAIR ALR. AND KEEP DRINKING SOY BEAN SO MORE HAIR CAN GROW. It has been a common practice in India to make the bride and the groom drink a glass of milk each, boiled with raisins and added with a pinch of saffron. YOU SHOULD BE BALD AND FAT i swear she's wearing a wig or have a hell lot of extentions. either that or she doesnt eat raisins at all! PS: im not actually angry. it's EXTREMELY hard to make me angry. im just.. erm.. irritated(?) by the fact that raisins stimulated my weight gain and (probably) hair loss. but as i was typing this post, i was half-laughing away. |
