HELLO! k, to stop myself from MIA-ing! actually, was having fun MIA-ing. i've practically caught every interesting movies in the theatre, chalet, boyfriend and all those thingssss.... maybe one day should have more than 24 hours. AND I JUST RECEIVED MY SP PACKAGE THING YSTD! hahaha still cant believe i got into first choice. whatever, get over it. ANW, what have i been doing these days? seriously, i don't know! but all i know is that i'm feeling extremely happy and loved from everyone esp x. OH, you know those toy grabbing machines? x and i always spend like loads of money on it and never getting my melody, elmo, cookie monster or the japanese brown bear (oh love it ) toy. BUT my brother actually spent just two bucks and got an ELMO!!. not the puny one k! and he came home, i was totally thrilled! and HE GAVE IT TO ME! so another toy on my bed! teehehe! k, party at zander's(pending), paris for meal, out with keling, shopping for clothes, get done with the spree, TCC, gym for the NEXT FOUR DAYS! DAMNIT! howhowhow!! and i still got to do the enrollment thing, medical checkup, warranty for lappy and all those shit. dont call me a ganchiong spider because if i dont get it done once i get it, IT WILL NEVER BE DONE. shit oh another thing im not blogging is cause even though i bring my camera out, i dont take pictures! and im watching ugly betty! (call me late, whatever) the only reason im blogging now is because the stupid show is buffering at 60kb/s! okay, i shall use this time to complete my F21 spree! Carbonara! Basically, i don't like cream based pasta. I'll just stick to aglio or tomato based. If i ever dine out, cream based pasta is a definite no-no for me. However, a few months back, x cooked a carbonara that made me loved it immediately! at first when i told me he was cooking carbonara, i was complaining why he had to cook that and all. in fact, i was close to dreading dinner. while cooking it, i was in the kitchen, glum faced until i smell the aroma and began to lighten up. when it was done, the first mouth was immediate love. it went up the list of 'fav pasta' behind his aglio! since then i've been asking him to cook it on and off. until 2 or 3 days ago, we were at some supermarket. he asked what i wanted for dinner the next day. i was deciding between laksa and lagsna when i thought of his carbonara! sooo, we bought the ingredients needed. it's awesome! ultra nice and relatively simple to cook! (less than 10 steps!) so here goes.. Ingredients: Penne Milk Cream Egg (yolk only) Stripped Bacon Parmesan cheese Bacon bits (optional) and other ingredients you want in... and since i was the person deciding asparagus (veg is a MUST in my meals) crabsticks (my love - japanese 'imitation crabsticks' BEST EVER!) okay steps! use a bowl and pour your cream, milk and crack egg and put the yolk in. whisk it and well, see how thick you want your sauce to be! cut your bacon into like 1 inch flat cubes? (ah ya, whatver k, varies to your preference!) SO STEP 1 - boil your penne! STEP 2 - heat your pan and add your oil in until oil is heated and throw your bacon in. make sure the bacon is cooked and that your kitchen is filled with the bursting aroma of bacon! (use a thong to flip every pice of bacon cause it's FREAKING HOT (personal advice to newbies! lol. oh Fire's supposed to be bigbigbig!) STEP 3 - when bacon is done, add in your whatever ingredient! it's asparagus in this case.  STEP 4 - once it's cook, add your cooked and drained penne in  STEP 4.5 - (OPTIONAL, since people like me can't do it.) SAUTE IT. makes it even   STEP 5 - Add in CRABSTICKS!  STEP 5.5 - (OPTIONAL) sautesaute and so it becomes even without destroying your crabstick and pasta.  STEP 6 - Add in the white mixture of cream, eggyolk and milk and stir it (lower the fire at this point. if not the egg in the mixture would turn.. like scrambled eggs? k whatever)   STEP 7 - sprinkle in generous amount of parmesan cheese then (optional) bacon bits.   STEP 8 - serve it into plates and.. ENJOY!   nice nice! no need to buy crappy instant carbonara sauce anymore! 0 comments Happy CNY + Valentine's day! okay, a little late! but i guess better late than never? SO HOW WAS YOUR CHINESE NEW YEAR?? i bet it was good. mine was AWESOME! mostly thanks to the company tho.   OKAY, so on CNY eve, we went to gran's house for dinner. steam boat for dinner and my mum prepared pen cai to bring over.  then went for k. there, awesome fun. went back at around 3 then supper. Day 2. went t gran's place again and learnt how to play poker!! lost a little money. but whatever! i always lose anyway. OH it was vday too. but didnt meet b cause he had dinner with fam. ohwell, guess it's kinda like vday everyday for us. so that's fine. went to the beach later that night. super crowded. day 3, visiting at my place! woo, had quite alot of people coming over the whole day. was losing money throughout the day. haha sheeesh. at night, bro's friends came over and won a bit from the big betters then went over to meet b. k been eating hellalot but only gained about 1 and a half kg aft day 5. HOWEVER, i've already lost 1kg despite elephanta eating! wooo!! love it. k, next post, show you guys how to cook my favourite carbonara! the lack of updates! OKAY! i haven't been updating because im out eevry single day. not only that, im up till about 6am everyday because x is over at my place! then we sleep at about 7! so how to blog!!! ohabout that, a few days back, x and i went over to tenaga to have supper. when we were walking back, i looked up and saw a shooting star AGAIN!! and he didn't see lor! my first wish for the first shooting star i've ever saw had came true so i hope the second one would (: anw, we're watching movies everyday lor. and all the popcorns! so i have successsfully gained 1 kg. mama! okay i'm just back from reunion dinner and k session with cousins(: its 244 am and im eating supper and shitloads of BBQ pork. why is it that i HAVE to supper everynight or else i can't sleep?? WEBCAM i realised... webcamming is so fun with anybody lor! and i just finished webcamming with b! i slept till 3 + today and we met at 6 to have dinner. ate ajisen (yes!!) went to his house and had fun lor! we were like talking and doing things he did at his VA. talking about some people we know and everything! haha it's like.. love. it's a feeling that i cannot be described in words. you just wish you would be beside him 24/7. when youre not, your heart is filled with so much affection. k shall not write much here butbutbut, OMG, i realised some people are just such ..losers. okok you guys would likely not know who i am talking about but FINE. i think im like the only one wishing that april would quickly come! :D no wait, im wishing it would come quickly. but at the same time.. not. seeya! 0 comments Sunday, February 7, 2010
k i havent been blogging because i've been busy and all! been talking to people from SP and going to SP and found out that i have friends going to the same block as me in M&A! update! haha k sorry for the lack of updates cause day 1 b stayed over at my place and day 2, i slept early. we were supposed to meet early but i was unwell so i overslept. met at tm for dinner and he came over. i cant remember why he stayed over but he did. that night we were supposed to watch 'amoured' but i was too engrossed painting my nails and so we took that idea away. looked at my old picturesss. had so many albums so we took quite some time. talked a while and fell asleep. next morning, woke up early and he made breakfast.  SUNNYSIDEUP!! FLOWER SHAPED i had the mould and i felt like having eggs so there! eggs! wanted to gym but decided to go out. met jw and b collected his cheque. walked around suntec area and had seoul again! it was exactly 7 days ago when we ate seoul. haha. the last time, he was entirely in charge of cooking while i was the one being fed. but this time, i insisted in being incharge of cooking some beef, cocktails, crabsticks and.. PRAWNS! i bbq awesome prawns k. :D i have this theory that every bbq food must have a little chao da if not it's not bbq! agreee?? teehehe. b and i have been joking about someone and it's all funnnn :DD oh okay. so went back and fell asleep immediately aft i reached home. so.. now im at his place. and i slept for 15 hours aft buffet! hahaha. shit. but weighing scale told me i havent put on any weight. (: AND I HELPED HIM DYE HIS HAIR TODAY! LOL. threw away a towel i think is FREAKING DIRTY cause it's been used by someone else. good thing his mum agreed. pootpoot. so i owe him a towel now. it shall be PINK!

distractionnn do not read this post if you hate people going on about their r/s. tyvm. i am cold warring with x -- or at least, trying to. what happened? i found out that he told me something he forgot (which i insist it on being a lie, even tho it does no harm) but i just have to win! call me childish, whatever. BUT HE IS SLEEPING NOW! i called him 3 or 4 hours, woke him up and started crapping till the phone is put down. and i think he doesn't even know im angry (or acting unhappy) with him! stupid insensitive MALE SPECIES! and tmr we're supposed to meet in the morning to go jogging or smth. and i plan to like totally miss it on purpose. and make him pay in return butbutbut.. I MISS HIM SO MUCH. shitshitshitshit. and anna gave me another reason to wake up early (to pass her the petite cupcakes) OH update: his mum and him love the muffins lor! it's super cute can. :D:D:D k, gna wake him up now so he can make me happy and it gives me another reason to wake up early. im gna make him to cook whatever i say for lunch tmr. and he got his vocation assessment letter!! wl, i realised im a total sucker in acting angry when im with him. *pui* shall think of a punishment for him tmr. hehe. ystd wang found something in his wallet i didnt like and he tore it up n front of me and disposed it. THEN he took half an hour trying to do the impossible and another 1 hour in hong-ing me. LOL acty, in like 5 mins of him doing the impossible, i already wasn't angry but put up an act for the next hour. (i know he knows that too. that's why maybe he still continue to hong me. OH I JUST REALISED MAYBE BECAUSE HE'S LIKE LAUGHING AT ME FOR TRYING TO BE ANGRY!! no wonder when he was honging me he was like laughing and very happy himself too!) zz. but i punished him. i wanted him to write 60 reasons of why he chose me over her. HOHO. then another 10 on.. hmm shall not write it here. and it's all SO SO FUNNY! HAHH I REMEMBERED last time.. i was so angry with him that i made him eat a leaf dipped in algae water! AND HE DID! hahahha OMGOMGOMG, just to make me laugh lor! :D:D:D k whatever. at least it's fun. you know i've been calling him every night to wake him up at like 3 or 4. except last night cause we only slept at 5. and he will wake up and talk to me till im nearly asleep! even when he has work and has to wake up at 6 the next day! aww so sweet. now when i think of it, it makes me miss him more. K GNA GO WAKE HIM UP NOW. TOODLES  fruit tart that x made in school last year. nice right! 0 comments |
